As well as junior coaching by clubs, the Sports Centre has a variety of activities and coaching session availible.


Childrens Parties

Organising a birthday party can be tiring, stressful and hard work, so why dont we take the stress, and the kids off your hands. We offer sports parties lead by one of our sports coaches, and we'll even supply the invitations! Parties last 1 and 1/2 hours (but includes an extra 30min for a room for food if required). Prices start from £55, depending on the age and number of children. Contact the Sports Centre Reception for more details and booking information. Parties are popular and must be booked well in advance. We currently run parties for children 6 years and above.

KESTRELS Sports Scheme

During every school holiday, we run our ever popular KESTRELS Sports Scheme. What better way to spend those school holidays than playing sports, making new friends and having fun? KESTRELS is a Social Services registered scheme and is inspected by OFSTED. The last report was outstanding in 3 of the 5 criteria.

Session's cost as little as £6.00 for a half day (full day and week options availible), forms go out to all local primary and secondary schools, or alternatively, you can pick one up at the Sports Centre reception. Please book in advance, as places are limited, and go on a first come first served basis.

Jelly Tots Activity Session  - Wednesdays 11am-12pm

This session is for 2 to 4 year olds and children take part in a range of fun and stimulating activities to help improve their balance and coordination.

The cost is £3.00 per session or £15 for a block of 6 weeks.
