The Melton and Belvoir Learning Partnership
Reorganisation of local secondary schools in the area brings £50 million investment for 2010, including plans for new 11-16 buildings and a post 16 Centre, both on the King Edward's site. Year 7 bake cakes for Cancer Research
Year 7 held a coffee and cakes session for members of the local community, the event was organised by the students as a showcase for their team time project work. Students made lots of gorgeous cakes for the event which was held to raise funds for cancer research. A grand total of £250 was raised on the day – thanks to everyone involved.
