Facilities
Renew Fitness Suite
The health suite is a purpose built facility containing state of the art cardiovascular exercise equipment with heart monitors. The suite also contains various different resistance machines which cover the major muscles to give a total body workout. Our fitness staff will be on hand to offer help and advice along with individual programmes on request.
It is air conditioned and is equipped with music and satellite TV. New members before joining, will need to have an induction in the fitness suite to learn how to use all the equipment safely. Inductions can be booked over the phone or on request at reception.

Club CornerOver 30 Clubs and organisations are based at the Centre ranging from Aerobic
classes to Judo. Coaching courses are run throughout the year not only for beginners
but for improvers as well.
RUGBY
Melton Rugby Club are based at the centre and have numerous adult and junior
teams.
BADMINTON
There are several badminton clubs at the centre and up to 8 courts are available
to the general public to hire.
HOCKEY
3 Clubs are based here including National League, and Local League teams. These
are for both Men, Women and juniors.
FOOTBALL / SOCCER
Several football /soccer teams use the centre for all ages and both male and
female. The two sportshalls, all weather pitch and grass pitches and are also
available for hire.
TENNIS
4 all weather floodlit courts can be hired out and adult and junior coaching
is also available.
STEP, CIRCUITS AND AEROBICS
Step and Aerobics classes are available for all ages and levels, during the
daytime and evenings

Kids CornerAt King Edward VII Community Sports Centre there are lots of activities for Children:
KESTREL HOLIDAY SCHEME
This scheme runs every school holiday for the 5-14year olds. This is a mutli
activity scheme including numerous sports and games for the younger age group.
Prices start from just £4.00 per session (9-14yrs) and £4.50 per
session (5-8yrs)
KESTREL CLUB
Running after school during term times on Monday & Thursday (5-8yrs) Wednesday
(8-14yrs) between the hours of 3.30-6pm. Again lots of activities are provided.
JUNIOR PARTIES
(Please book early as these are very popular!)
A qualified instructor can take the hassle out of parties by running sports
or more traditional parties for your children.
JUNIOR COACHING
At the centre we can also provide a number of different coaching opportunities
for your child in the following sports: Tennis, Football, Basketball, Badminton,
Archery.
